Identifying and addressing individual learner’s needs is a cornerstone for fostering an effective learning environment and has a long-lasting effect on academic achievement.
The Flo & Friends Charity Association identifies the learner’s needs to overcome barriers to increasing the educational access and performance of vulnerable children from marginalized communities in Western Uganda.
In this program, the Flo & Friends Charity Association supports students by providing school supplies like books, pens, school uniforms, and other learning aids to ensure students are well-equipped to encourage regular attendance, reduce stigmata in school, increase school enrolment, reduce dropout rates, and Increasing learning outcomes.
We train educators to increase their ability to support students’ learning
By organizing clubs and equipping mobile libraries, we encourage a culture of reading and writing.
Our primary focus is on providing quality education, promoting socio-economic transformation, and supporting the overall well-being of vurnerable and Teen mothers.
