Vocational Training Program

We provide training in trades like carpentry, hairdressing, tailoring, and other professions that are relevant to the market to give older children and adolescent mothers the practical skills they need to become financially independent.

To encourage self-employment, we offer training in business management, financial literacy, and fundamental entrepreneurial skills.

We help teen mothers find employment and apprenticeships, and we give them access to microloans for innovative businesses.

To cultivate crops that can be sold to generate revenue and provided to program participants, we rent land for agricultural purposes.

To ensure ecologically friendly production, we instruct participants in sustainable agricultural practices such as crop rotation, organic farming, and water management.

To promote cooperation and group economic development, we place participants in agricultural groups to cultivate and sell products.

We encourage income generation by selling surplus produce to generate income that supports program activities and provides financial benefits to participants.
